~TOFU BURGER ~

Stuff to repare momen(medium) tofu
1 pack
(for two people) chicken minced meat 100g
  onion ½
  ginger 1 small piece
  bread crumbs 3tsp
  flour 1tsp
  egg yolk 1
  salt and pepper proper amount
  potato starch proper amount
  soysource 2-3 tsp
sweet sake 1 tsp
vegetable proper amount
Preparations tofu wrap the tofu with kitchen paper and put a plate on it to draining the water inside of tofu
ginger peel and ginger and cut it into tiny pieces
     
  <<sause>> mix 1/2 cup of water, soysource, salt, sweet sake, and potato starch and heat them together
 
 How to cook  
  cut onion into tiny pieces, fry them well, and cool them
  put tofu and chicken minced meat into a bowl and mix it well.
put fried onion, ginger, bread crumbs, flour, egg yolk, salt and pepper into it.
  divide it into 4 pieces and shape them
(if they are little bit dry ,and you cannot shape it well, add potato starch into it)
  broil them with strong fire for a while, put cover, and broil with low flame about 7 min.
  serve them on a dish and put sauce on it
