~SUKIYAKI~
Stuff to repare beef 600g
(for 4 people) (shiitake) mashroom 100g
  tofu(middle or hard) 1 pack
  chinese cabbage 200g
  onion 1
  scallion 100g
  noodles(made from devil's tongue starch) 200g
  sugar 1/2 pint
  soysource 1/4 pint
  beef dripping(fat) proper quantity
  egg 4(if you want)
Preparations    
beef cut into 2 to 3 inch size
  (shiitake)mashroom take out every stem
  tofu cut into 8 pieces
  chinese cabbage cut into 1 to 2 inch size
  onion cut into 0.2 to 0.3 inch thin
  scallion cut into 2 inch long
  noodle boil with hot water and cut them into the length which can be eaten easily
 How to cook  
  make the pot hot well, put beef fat on it, and spread the fat well on the pot
  put all the beef and after the beef are broil well, put suger
  put soysource on them, mix it well with the beef, and put all the vegetables, tofu, and noodle
 

water will come out from the vegetable, but if you want, add some water and adjust the taste of it as you like

Done!

How to eat?

In japan, we put raw egg into a bowl and eat the Sukiyaki with it putting food into the egg. Some people do not do that, but itis a woth trying it!
